Qualification
Principal - minimum age 21 years; minimum annual income RM18,000 (Classic), RM36,000 (Gold) and RM80,000 (Platinum)
Supplementary - minimum age 18 years; for immediate family members only

Documentation For speedy processing, please ensure all required documents are submitted with a complete application form

Salaried Employee
- Copy of I.C. (both sides), including Supplementary applicants
- Latest 3 months' salary slips
- EPF statement and/or 3 months' bank statements where salary is credited

Self-employed
- Sole Proprietor/Partnership / Business Registration form & Form D
- Sdn Bhd/Berhad / Form 24, 49, 9
- Latest 3 months' bank statements
- Tax Return Form with Tax Receipt

If you are an existing principal Credit Cardmember of a locally issued credit card (for more than 12 months)
- Copy of I.C. (both sides), including Supplementary applicants
- Copy of credit card (front only)
